Scope of Work: Working with Turner Construction Co. and the Port of Oakland, AMG is providing hazardous material removal and hard demolition services inside the Southwest Terminal Building. 

Project: Sequoias Union High School District

Contract Amount: $657,075 to-date
Scope of Work: AMG has performed asbestos and lead abatement at each of the five high schools in the South Bay (Sequoia, Redwood, Carlmont, Woodside and Menlo Atherton) and the main district office in Redwood City. Sequoia High School is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places (built in 1923). Special considerations and arrangements have been made by AMG during construction.

Project: Lombard St. Apartments, San Francisco CA

Contract Amount: $1,200,000
Scope of Work: Removing and disposing of asbestos and lead containing stucco from the exterior of two high-rise apartment complexes while units were occupied.

Project: Marin General Hospital, Greenbrae CA

Contract Amount: $1,300,000
Scope of Work: Time and materials contract since 1992, providing asbestos/lead removal and maintenance projects in coordination with the hospital's architect and general contractor.

Project: City and County of San Francisco, Dept. of Public Works, San Francisco CA

Contract Amount: $2,000,000 (approximately)
Scope of Work: AMG currently holds a contract with the City of San Francisco, Department of Public Works for "As needed asbestos and lead abatement contractor services". AMG has responded to the City's needs on a variety of emergency and planned abatement projects since 1999.

Project: BART - San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District

Contract Amount: $175,000 (approximately)
Scope of Work: Hazardous material removal on a retainer contract since 1997. Stations include Lake Merritt, Hayward, McArthur, Montgomery, Powell, Ashby, Fremont and Lafayette.
