Andres Arce

Andres Arce has worked with AMG for almost 31 years and has worked with the City and County of San Francisco for over 24 years. He has served as Project Foreman, then Superintendent and now Project
Manager/Estimator for AMG. He has extensive experience on a variety of public and private sector asbestos/lead/mold and other hazardous materials abatement and demolition projects. Andres has been the
City’s main contact for several years and he knows what is required to perform work expeditiously for the City.
Andres is responsible for all aspects of safety and on-site project management. His responsibilities include preparing all job submittals to the satisfaction of the client and providing information required to execute each project safely and proficiently. In addition, Andres directs and manages the Project Superintendent prior to and during each project.
