Israel Pacindo joined AMG two years ago and has brought tremendous operational expertise to the company. With over 15 years of experience in the environmental abatement industry, Israel previously worked at Synergy where he progressed from Asbestos Worker to Supervisor and then Warehouse Manager, gaining both field-level insight and operational leadership skills.

As Operations Manager for AMG, Israel plays a key role in ensuring that every project is properly staffed, equipped, and executed according to schedule and compliance standards.

He oversees field personnel and supervisors, coordinates labor assignments, manages daily schedules, and ensures that workforce resources meet the needs of each project phase.

Israel is responsible for procurement and distribution of materials, equipment logistics, and inventory control—making sure crews have what they need on-time and within budget. He conducts job walks with clients and project managers to review site conditions, staging requirements, access logistics, and start-up readiness to support smooth project
mobilization.
